This partially oxidized tea has a rich, smooth taste with a slight thick molasses quality.
As legend has it, a member of the Ming dynasty was cured of a serious illness by the tea of four bushes growing on Mount Wuyi. Out of respect, the emperor sent four red robes to protect the bushes.
