Today marks the anniversary of our first day in business. It’s been one year of carefully selecting and brewing tea, pouring kombucha pints, frothing milk, and everything in between. One surprise? I didn’t think I’d be using a wrench nearly as often as I do. (Kegerator maintenance takes practice!) It’s been a busy year. We hosted a tea and honey tasting with Lake Superior Honey, collaborated with Deane’s Kombucha, Zenith Bread Project, and Tin Cup Design, among many others. We served about three dozen different flavors of kombucha on tap and rolled ou
t bubble tea.
We are excited to continue to serve customers in the store and online with products, classes and education. Tonight, we expand our tea education offerings with the first Introduction to Tea class of many. The class filled up very quickly, so we know you want to learn more! Looking forward, keep your eyes peeled for the launch of our house-blended line of wellness teas AND monthly tea subscriptions. There is so much to look forward to!
