Two more home-brewed kombucha classes are now on the books! Choose between Saturday, April 23 or Saturday, June 25 at 9:30 am. For the first time, we are offering the option to purchase a 2.5 gallon crock along with your class registration. Finding the right brewing vessel can be a little tricky, so we did some research to find a great option. The crock we’ve selected is ceramic, free of harmful chemicals, and made in the USA. It has a built-in spigot that makes it easy to harvest your kombucha without disturbing the SCOBY.

During class, we will sample kombucha, walk through the home brewing process, go over supplies needed, and explore more in-depth brewing techniques like secondary fermentation and flavoring. By the end of this class, you will have the information, materials, and confidence you need to start making your own kombucha!

$35 cost covers class, recipe book, starter solution for SCOBY production, and enough tea for your first batch or two. $70 cost covers afore-mentioned materials and a ceramic crock.
Family members are welcome to join.
