This tea has been processed in the Ti Kuan Yin style, which calls for baking. Additionally, it has been carefully preserved and rebaked annually since 2009. This yields a deep toastiness that is balanced by fruity, sweet notes.
This tea is wonderful for multiple infusions and a bit of peaceful contemplation.
